Healthy breakfast for on-the-go girls


Sometimes it’s hard finding a quick and easy breakfast recipe. Especially if you are like me and your morning routine is not a normal one. I wake up at 3:45 a.m. every morning, usually, I’m rushing out the door. At that time of day, I’m not craving any sort of big pancakes and eggs type of breakfast. Lately, I’ve been making these yogurt parfaits the night before and they are the perfect healthy grab-n-go breakfast.


  • vanilla Yoplait yogurt
  • rasberries
  • black berries
  • coconut shavings
  • almond slices
  • ezekiel granola
  • honey

Put these parfaits in a mason jar so they are easy to throw in your purse and take with you on the go. It’s also fun to personalize your jar with ribbon to brighten your day or give as a gift to a co-worker.
