Triple Threat Smoothie

Hey everyone! Here’s my new favorite smoothie! I’m calling it the Triple Threat Smoothie because it has Moringa in it and also Turmeric and Ginger as well as a bunch of other great stuff for you!

What you need:

Moringa Powder

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup frozen mango

1 frozen banana

16 ounces plant-based milk or coconut water

1/4 tsp ground turmeric

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp ground cinnamon

3 pitted dates (optional)

How to make it:

It’s super easy! Just throw it all in a blender and if you’d like it more slushy, just add a 1/2 cup of ice!
